Production company logo

By using iMovie we developed a logo image so that we could use it for our own film production company- which we named 'Alijo'. We also did this for two other logos which we're planning to place at the bottom of our poster.

We decided that we wanted to retake our magazine front cover images, due to the fact that our original photos weren't very suitable for the genre- a white blank background is useful as it makes everything stand out (your model, typography, colour scheme, etc.) however it didn't connote a sense of fear or horror. Therefore we took another range of photos; experimenting with lighting, camera angles, setting, body language and facial expressions. For example we positioned the lighting equipment from different angles- above Abi, to the side of her face, looking up at her, etc. We also tried different camera angles such as neutral (in order to create more engagement with the viewer) and high angles (to make Abi appear vulnerable).
